
In a large bowl, mix all the Kofta ingredients
Form into walnut sized balls.
Heat oil and fry onions till lightly golden
Add ginger and garlic pastes and fry a further few seconds
Add the powdered spices and stir to cook evenly.
Add tomatoes and cook till tender.
Add salt and water. Bring to a boil.
Put balls into boiling curry. Lower heat and simmer for approx. 7-10 minutes.
The gravy should be thick. Add cilantro and remove from heat.
