Main Ingredients
 1 lb fish fillets or cutlests, cut into pieces
 2 tsp oil
 2 medium onions, chopped
 ¾ tsp ginger paste
 ¾ tsp garlic paste
 ¾ tsp tumeric powder
 ½ tsp cumin powder
 ¾ tsp coriander powder
 ¾ tsp garam masala
 ½ cup crushed tomatoes
 1 can coconut milk
 1 green chili, slit
 salt to taste

Heat oil and fry onions till lightly golden.

Add ginger, garlic pastes and all the dry spices. Fry for a few seconds

Add tomatoes and fry gently till done.

Add the coconut milk, green chili and salt. Bring to a boil.

Add fish. Lower heat and simmer till fish is done, being careful not to overcook as
fish will break up.
